Compostable/recyclable wrapping, mostly. Really works for sleep, which I credit to valerian root. Tasty with honey. I used to buy at the Chinese market in Oakland, CA. Moved and don't see it in regular stores. Will buy again

Very relaxing I like to taste better than just plain chamomile.

This works extremely well for me, better than the "nighty night" teas, better than straight chamomile. Even, at times, better than my CBD tea which is energetically strong to provide deep sleep. I like to keep them in rotation so that I do not develop tolerance over time to either. It's an effective plan indeed! Terrific formula and always fresh and properly packaged. . . rather quite quickly induces a state of calm and sleepiness, Not groggy the following day. With all of the qualms about ordering "chinese" products right now in the face of Covid, I am glad I put that issue aside to try this blend and this company neither have disappointed. This tea is perfect for when I really need to wind down. It is very relaxing so I typically only drink it when I can sleep in. Taste yummy and refreshing too.

This is a chinese medicinal tea and it is made to relax you. I like the flavor. It tastes the best with a little honey. I love to drink tea before I go to bed at night, it helps to relax me. I would say it tastes very similar to Sleepytime tea by Celestial Seasonings. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes tea!

I like the taste of this tea but as a relaxant or sleep aid, not so much. These types of products in my experience rarely produces what is advertised. It is good tea.

This is my favourite tea. It is really relaxing. I highly recommend. My partner & I always have a cup before bed.

Lovely taste to this with a hint of peppermint. I had no expectations that this would actually help me sleep, but weirdly enough definately seem to drift straight off without tossing and turning as per usual.
