Good (previous seller used before, sent different brand but it came from sams & was ok overall) & it arrived on time or early, which is wonderful. Our people onsite are happy & we have ordered a few more times since. Have been receiving 48 cases (with 40 bottles in each - Pure life). When I have reached out this seller has communicated effectively thus far for me. Pallet has been arriving in a sprinter type van that we naturally have to off load (as expected). Our business has appreciated the convenient services vs having to go pickup ourselves or pay more for other services. Thank you.

We need lots of bottled water for our business. Big name bottled water service too expensive for what we need. My review is more about the Seller vs product. I value and appreciate Seller's transparency in reaching out to me when there was a small delay in delivery time. This is my first time ordering from this Seller and I am very pleased by their honesty. Delivery came a day before scheduled delivery and everything went smoothly. Thank you so much. I I discovered this water in a luxury hotel and later found it here on Amazon luckily. It has a sharp satisfying taste unlike any other bottled water I've ever had.It has a long lead time but it's worth the wait!

There is nothing wrong with the water product itself, but the seller has been very inconsistent. We have ordered 3 times and have experienced "delays" or "issues" with our order every time. Will not be reordering for our business.

For me, it was the seller and how they shipped. They claimed they had no delivery instructions from Amazon but I added them, just like the other times. We had to offload the whole pallet in a parking lot.
