Everything came clean and exactly as described. There's been a bit of a learning curve, but it's easier with each use. I'm glad we could find something so sturdy and useful for this value. I'd seen single tools sold in drug stores for more than this set, and made the mistake of buying some. They weren't anywhere near the quality. The lack of bruising alone, without even addressing damaged pores and cuts from using nails, makes these worth every penny.For those having issues, tutorials on YouTube are invaluable. Also, don't forget to open your pores first.

the metal is rough and the tools are "clunky" they're not delicate enough to gently use without damaging the skin. I would say the only time I would use them is for extractions on the back. the diameter is too large for extractions on the face. I would have sent them back but threw the box in the trunk and forgot to ship them back in time

I like this tool set and it's a very good price. I have used more higher end ones before that are a little nicer and easier to grip so you don't slip and hurt yourself. Still a nice product though, make sure to have a little lotion on before using it to help and I use it after a hot bath to soften my blackheads for easier extraction.

It works sometimes. Some tools kind of bruise more than they help. I've only gotten good use from two of the tools. The super pointy one and the double ended one with little tiny holes.

I am very happy with the quality of these tools. They are made of a high quality steel that should last forever. I didn't see, or they must've just added this 5 piece kit because I purchased a 3 piece version of the one seen here. I'd happily have paid the extra dollar or two for the lancet and one more piece. This 5 piece kit is just an even better deal. They also sent the email with video demonstration links promptly as promised. Would buy again.

I thought when I was over 60 I wouldn't have to worry about blackheads, whiteheads or oily pores but guess what, I was wrong. This kit gives me a good selection of various tools to attack whichever problem has arisen. I was glad that the instructions emphasized the safety details that will keep any possible infection from happening. So far I am quite pleased with how I have been able to use the kit and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to work on their blemishes.
