I really wanted to like this because I need a locking trashcan (we have a turddler in our home) and the motion activated/wheels were a bonus. But it was not worth the money. The wheels do not lock so it rolls all the time - many times I had to search for it because of the turddler. It fits 13 gallon trash bags but is impossible to fill up the bag due to the slender frame of the can and the small opening. It is also nearly impossible to pull a full trash bag out of the bin. The lid would get "stuck" in the open position or at times not open.

I got the 13 gallon iTouchless trash can for awhile. When I open the trash bin now, the odor turns me off.That's when I know I need to replace my filter ASAP. Definitely worth the price since the old filter lasts a long time, at least 5-6 months for me. May take less than that if you have many household members.Don't be like me for the first time having the plastic zipper on! Lol.Make sure you open your ziplock bag and pull out the unit before installing the filter.

I almost returned this when I realized it is just too short to serve as my kitchen trash can. Very difficult to find a decent trash can to fit under my 34" counter clearance. Keeping the old Sterlite, and will paint it when the weather is nice enough to do it outside. Anyway, this little can is so cute, and I purchased the one with wheels, so I just wanted to keep it. I decided to keep it in another spot in the kitchen, and it is serving very sell as a recycle bin. So far the open and close mechanism works perfectly, we shall see. The wheels, the manual lock, and the deodorizer features are all great. Using batteries so far, but I have purchased the charger to use later, as this is close to an outlet. It is perfect for recycling, mostly cans and milk jugs. I could hide the 13 gallon bags that I use, but too much fiddling around with the bag, and I really don't mind the fact that it shows a bit. It is not difficult to empty, simply slide the top up and off. The plastic ring that keeps the bag in place is fine, just don't step on it or something. Back to the wheels, they are nice casters that just pushed in and locked, I recommend the wheeled version. Will update if mechanism fails, but again, so far it is perfect, very quiet. I like it a lot. Oh, and it came well-packaged and no scratches or dents.

I have 2 Ninestar touchless trash cans, 3 gal for my bedroom & 1.9 gal for bathroom and both are working out better than ever thought. Wanted one for the kitchen so no longer need under sunk or hang bag on back of kitchen chair but none really fit. Took another look and saw this with the wheels just what i needed. It does everything i expected from touchless can but also giving me the option of sliding it around the kitchen were ever its needed. Funny bought first one as lightning deal but now see these are really worth having.Update: Very happy with this can, working out perfectly and yes get the model with wheels. 13 gallon draw string bags fit fine if you use it like its supposed to not hanging half way down the outside of the can but if you want that look then go for little bigger bag. It takes little work to get bag so its held on by plastic collar the trick is to use the draw string as the guide when you replace in the can the 13 gal does reach the bottom. The lid does really block odors but once opened its like punch in the face but goes away when lids closes not sure if that oder eater bag matters have to wait. Suprising just how much garbage 13 gallon can holds when you see just how compact it is, sadly only have room one would have liked second for recyclables. If you have the room its worth every pennyUpdate: working out so good now own 6 what i call magic trash cans. I found better to buy name brand than china knock offs, prices really aren't that different but dependability is and checked with manufacturer it does take rechargeable batteries just will have little shorter life than alkaline batteries. Yes buy the can with wheels than can be locked but better to have them than not when needed. Bjs and Costco have good prices for draw string bags and buy scented ones it helps and so does odor bag just remember to replace it i get 4 months on average.

This automatic waste can is a big help in the kitchen. It has wheels to move it around, and an interior filter to cut down on odors (which I think would have better if it was installed horizontally instead of vertically to keep it away from the garbage) The lid opens when anything is in front of the sensor and will stay open as long as the sensor is activated. It has a flashing red warning light to indicate the lid is open because the sensor is activated. Once the sensor is activated the lid will stay open a sufficient time to put garbage in the can and then close again. You will love this can because of its usefulness.

We like this can. Really - it works really well.The only thing is the little wheels it comes with are pitiful. Once the can is full - those wheels have a hard time and ours is in a smooth floor.I contacted the seller to ask the size of the wheel pin insert to see if I could find better poly wheels and they did not understand and only told me to check out the website for accessories. I already did that - it’s the same wheel.We like the can. Liners fit great. There is no internal plastic can you put your liner in,.. so the day your bag breaks or leaks - you will have a big mess. That’s the one draw back.No plastic can insert.

After a couple of months of using this can, I have to say I like it now as much as I did when I bought it. I love that it has wheels and is not a pain to move for cleaning. You don't really think about it with regular garbage cans, because they have something to grab onto when you move them. I had one of these years ago and wore it out, and was hesitant to get another one because it was hard to move for cleaning. When I saw this one with wheels, I instantly bought it.The review has a section for "sheerness" and "thickness" and "value for money". I only filled out the stars on "value for money" because the other two are not relevant to this product. They should have "ease of use" for which I'd give 5 stars, or "convenience". Again, 5 stars.

I bought this for my Mother.She was worried about the size because she has very small awkward shaped washroom.It is about 10" long and is 7.5 inches from the wall and is 12 inches tall (18 inches when lid is open).As you can see from the picture it fit and was well suited.The lid opens easily and closes automatically after 3-5 sec.NO MORE TOUCHING THE LID.It is used for toilet use only (for my Mother), the opening is about the same size as an adult open hand.It comes with charcoal pack and a lemon scent.Also included in the box was a manufacturer coupon for their website, for another free scent or package of bags.Well packaged with fitted Styrofoam.Arrived within expected time.It was a little expensive, but when my Mom put it in her washroom (with the bag) she took a picture and sent it to me with a heading of IT FIT PERFECTLY, the money didn't matter anymore.Now I am going to save up and get her the big one for Mother's day.Stay Safe Everyone.

I am disappointed with this filter, it doesn’t help much to reduce the smell of the garbage.
