Dont know but easily for over a 6 ft high user. This is a great device to stabilize balance and will fit behind car seat.

Is the pouch removable? Mom is having knee surgery and the pouch will get in the way. I haven't found a 3-wheeler without the pouch!

not really removeable but its made of material that you could just cut out if necessaty. Hope this helps. I love mine and use it daily in my home and outside errands. easy to navigate.
