Good product
This headset is amazing for the price! The sound quality is crisp, and the bass is great for gaming—I can hear every footstep in FPS games. The mic is clear, and my friends say I sound much better than with my old headset. It’s super comfortable, even after long gaming sessions, and works perfectly with my PS4 and PC. The braided cable is a nice touch too

These are cheap.... But for the price? Pretty good.
Maybe these are geared toward smaller people or kids but though the head band is more than big enough- fits fine, the ear phones are really more on-ear than "over-ear" and do press on and touch my ears and hurt after some time ... Ive gotten used to it . I dont really use these for gaming I have nicer ones for that but I could use them for that and it would work. The microphone seems to work well and I use it for that. I am on a lot of webex meetings and VOIP phone calls and stuff with the headset and its MUCH better than like a mono headset in terms of using it for audio the rest of the time. It has a volume adjustment on the headset itself which works fine. The microphone swings up and down and its a little stiff but works fine- it doesnt mute itself when tilted up as far as I know, maybe it does but If so it doesnt have any kind of indication it does , markings, or audio cues to let you know the way my corsair and others do.- again- PRICE. The audio quality is about a 6-10... maybe a 7-10. depending on your tastes with a 1 being a mono headset with 0 bass and a 10 being like a pair of Sennheiser 400 dollar headphones - so dont take 6 as that much of an insult its serviceable but it isnt a "premium" feeling audio. You wont feel like youre listening to a tin can or something. For general use its fine.I rated these a 5 because of price. Because for the PRICE- All of those things align fine and I am getting what I paid for. If it were a 70 dollar pair of headphones I would want them to be VERY comfortable, sound better, and have a more premium feel- but for this like... 20 dollar price point? Great, Best you could hope for unless you get really lucky with a used higher end gaming head set. And for a kid ? Fine. They seem plenty durable to me, they have enough flex that I do not at all feel worried they'll suddenly snap or fall apart. "TOYISH" but not in a "crappy" way, just cheap plastic engineered reasonably well to do the job.

They will break but it is easy to fix.
They are very nice headphones. They broke, but I fixed them. It was just They weren't working out the speakers, but I fix them. They're very nice, very high quality, and I suggest you get them.

seem good
seems good for the money, I have got may be 4 sets of them now , keep rebuying them because they work good and sound good , but my cane corso thinks they taste good and chews them up if I don't put them up.

Read carefully *Revised Customer Service A+
* After writing this review, the Amazon store representative, Freya reached out to me, to see if they could resolve this issue. They not only respectfully listened to my concerns but quickly changed the description for future purchasers. Overall, the product works well and is quality for the purchase price. Customer support is a game changer though. I will shop from this store again, solely because of the positive response.I purchased this product for my Xbox One. When I went through the compatibility it was correct in the audio jack size and said it would be compatible with my console. Problem is, when I got it in, it did not work. I now have to purchase a Microsoft adapter to use this headset. The price was amazing and it does work with other devices just not the one I was shopping for. The quality is a little cheap but for around $20, I wasn't expecting much more than what I got. The major issue I have now is that I have to buy an adapter, and my cheap headset just went from $20 to over $50. Not what I expected.

What to expect for the price
Honestly, this headset isn’t all that bad for the price, 4 star review only because of the price, these are 3 star at best if u exclude price. But the benefits include audio quality, acceptable volume intensity and the styling is great. This headset fits my head well and is comfortable even after long 6+ hour sessions with them on. Tho they are a bit bulky, they are light weight with plenty of cushion. But, you get what you pay for also, there are no mute options built in, the noise cancelling mic doesn’t mute u entirely. Moving the mic up and down isn’t a very smooth process takes a bit more effort than it should and if you accidentally don’t move the make all the way back down, that noise cancelling mic will make it hard for your party to hear you. My biggest pet peeve however, is the 8 foot long cord attached. Now this is only a problem for console players, PC players could benefit from this, however, when the cord only needs to be plugged into a controller, there is no need for the cord to be as long as it is. Sitting in a gaming chair the cord will drag on the floor, occasionally getting caught under the wheel of the chair. But for the price point this headset works well. I would still recommend other options out there that are in the same price range

Works great
My son loves them. Easy to connect, noise cancellation and battery life. The volume control dial is backwards from what I’m use to but still functional.

Better than expected.
No brainer for the price. I had another version before. This one does not need a power supply, which is convenient. It is also very light and fits well. Is the sound the most dynamic? No. For the money sound is pretty high up the chain though. other than the camo design there are no bells or whistles, but that is also ok.
