Great for converting 2 hole outlets into a 3 hole to accommodate a ground plug
We used these on our overseas trip to the Philippines. We didn’t need a converter but most of the outlets there don’t have the hole for a ground plug. These easily plugged into the two hole outlets and accommodated our laptops and phone chargers. This is an inexpensive solution to that problem.

Good deal for the $, good for a temporary fix
These are good quality, built a little slimmer than the more expensive ones, but they should function fine. They hold a plug nice and tight. They ARE a form of UL approved so they can't be all bad .
