I bought this product by accident. I tried to cancel it and my request was denied. I AM SO HAPPY I GOT STUCK WITH IT!!!!! This stuff is the bomb!!! I saw nearly instant results. I later tried a little on my face and was just amazed. I highly recommend. BTW I’m 62yo with fine lines and a couple of stubborn wrinkles…or I should say “used to have fine lines and stubborn wrinkles “. My skin is so much smoother, softer and it just glows!!!

It does not make the crepe neck "go away": but I have certainly noticed a difference and some days I do not notice any wrinkles at all on my neck - I would probably have better results if I used it twice a day but I forget to apply at night but always a part of my morning routine!

I have only been using this for about a week so too early to give a honest review but I will say it is very moisturizing on my face,neck and chest. I have used it twice a day as reccomended but they it can take 3 months to see results. I will continue to buy this and after 3 months I will review again with my results but I would still reccomend it

I’ve been using this for months now and I’m not seeing any difference. I also think it smells like chemicals. Also have the bottle is empty space so it looks like there is more then there really is.I’ll probably try a different product then buy this again.

Going thru trials of products to settle in one or two that really work. I love the way it applies easy , no mess. You can tell when it starts to working. Wherever applied, gets very warm, but bearable. You will see results, if you stick with it.

I don’t know why I ordered a special neck cream. Facial skin, neck skin, they’re the same types of skin…they’re basically connected. I guess I let some adds convince me that a special neck cream would be beneficial. I already use an excellent cream and system that suits me well and that gives me great results on my face, and had been using the same things all down my neck too. Well, I decided I’d try it anyway, and after several applications, I decided to return the neck cream and got right back to my previous routine, using what I’ve been using prior to trying this neck cream. My view of this neck cream isn’t extraordinary that’s for sure! The scent was not an issue first of all. It’s a thick texture and I felt it didn’t absorb and dry properly. It felt as I had something sitting on top of my skin until I washed it off. There’s no tightening effect *which I wouldn’t want to feel anyway*, but my neck just didn’t feel comfortable, like I noticed I’d be thinking about my neck while I was doing dishes or going to my mailbox or whatever, you know? Weird! Normally I use my vitamin C that I apply to my face on my neck, and then my other treatments followed with my moisturizer and then sun screen too, but I’ve never had my neck pop into my thoughts just randomly before. I didn’t notice any great benefits, anything super wonderful while using this neck cream, if I had, I’d have wanted to use it on my face as well, it’s all the same texture and type of skin. So all in all, I don’t feel I need different products for each, and this neck cream for me failed to show me it was beneficial.

The cream has a nice thicker but easy to blend texture. I've been happy with my usual neck cream but decided after seeing articles of top performing neck cream and this one had top ratings decided to try. After only a few weeks, it seems to be working well but time will tell. As far as others comments but the broken pump. It's an airless (no tube) pump. Had same type on an eye cream and I thought it was defective. Called company to report the broken item and they tell me to turn it over, keeping the cap on, and a couple of hard smacks on the countertop to activate....like it pushes the air in the container to the bottom of the container. Poof! It works.
