Arrived on time and in excellent condition. This pillow is very firm. I mean extremely firm but not hard. Having said that it is also very comfortable and cool. My neck aches are gone and I don’t get hot like with other pillows. It was hard for me to remove the pillow from the tote it was in because my arthritis leaves me with very little grip but I did manage to remove the pillow. Don’t let the firmness scare you off. This is a very comfortable and cool pillow. At last I sleep through the night without having to rub my neck or turn my pillow over and over. I truly wake up feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.

I bought 3 for my family and was a little skeptical cause i like to be able to feel my pillow before i buy it, but im so glad i got these. The 3 of us slept so good lastnight that we didnt even roll over. I havent had sleep that peaceful in years and the cooling effect works like ive never experienced before, it was like having an ice pack on my neck, even with my pillow case (a thin sham). My son is a very hot sleeper and cant even keep a blanket on himself at night, well last night he slept through the whole night WITH his blanket and not as hot! If youre looking at this pillow, i highly recommend trying it out, it definitely helped my family and was well worth the money

A little firm. I’m sure over time it will release. Good size, decent support, easy to use as it’s a pillow, lol. Can’t speak on pain relief because of the stifness.

Doesn’t cool as expected. It’s firm so I’ll keep it, but if you need cooling get another pillow.

Purchased this pillow in 2022 for hubby's bday. He liked it and has used it since - looks like it needs to be replaced so I m planning on purchasing one for fathers day - he finds it comfortable and it lasted almost 3 years of nightly use so it deserves the 5-star rating.

This pillow arrived in a nice cloth bag that had a handle and a zipper. There was a note explaining that the pillow cover wasn't zipped because memory foam is known to have an odor. I pulled out the pillow expecting the same odor as other companies. Surprisingly I smelled lavender. I zipped the pillow and used it right away. It's the best pillow I've ever had. The firmness is perfect, the smell is delightful, and I love the gel aspect. It comes in a nice bamboo cover as well. Thank you so much for providing this product. The enclosed instructions were printed on lovely cards took. Just a lovely experience that shows they care about their customers.

Pillow was not cold enough.
