the muscle builder
as you follow along in this book, i hope whoever reads this does this, you will get ripped!!!as the illustrations show,, but do not ,, i repeat, do not do them quick!! you do them slow less reps, feel the burn, hold it , hold it, slowly release, stop increase stop,, release,, when you hold it , count to one thousnad 20,, then ease up slow,,, you will see the difference, this is why they call it the bull worker,, you work it like a bull!! get ripped!! If you do them fast, you will see and feel little results, you have to work the blood into your muscle fibers, and take brewers yeast.

Another winner from Marlon Birch
I've used The Bullworker Power Pump Method from Marlon Birch with great success. This new Program picks right up where the previous program left off. This is next level training. Marlon as usual knows just the right formula for building muscles fast using the Bullworker. His knowledge on the subject is unmatched. This program is very well thought out. The routines are tuff but very enjoyable and invigorating. You can easily use this program as your starting point or as the perfect follow-up to the Power Pump Method ( which is a book that I also recommend ).

It is Ok for the exercises shown but too advanced for the routines included
This book has a fair variety of bullworker exercises pictured and explained in the first half of the book. But the routines (in the second half of the book) are not reasonable for a new trainee or a normal user...6 and 7 day routines? Extremely high reps? Somewhat confusing in the workout routine explanations...do one set like this, do second set like this, do last set like this, and increase reps on each exercise like this. Too confusing to remember. The bodypart exercises Title Pages are confusing to a new user also (they either have or have not, pictures/diagrams with information). In the Chest exercises area for example, on the Title Page, there is a diagram along with information on the Chest area, but in the Legs area, for the Hamstrings, there is only information (no picture or diagram). A new trainee would be confused on not seeing where the hamstring is located, while reading this section. Other bodypart Title Pages, either have or do not have photos/diagrams.Proofreading is below average for a book, in the written portion. I noticed on page 26, reference the Side Chest Compression exercise, which includes a picture and information. It says to hold the bullworker with your right arm extended and now compress with your right arm? The attached picture does not show that nor does it explain where your left hand goes. A newbie would be confused by this, if they follow along with this information provided.Overall, I rated this book 4 stars due to the variety of Bullworker exercises included and the information on how to exercise the bodypart. The second half of the book, the Routines, is too far advanced for a newbie to the Bullworker routine's to use, or for a normal user. But, it does give you an idea on what you can possibly use or change in your future use of the Bullworker. This book is the one I would buy, prior to any of the other's in the series, because the others appear to go down hill on writing, poor proofreading, common sense explanation of routines and exercises, clarity of pictures shown, or anything a newbie or normal user would use.

Gives a great workout
I followed the program from start to finish, and found that it did increase strength, and increased my muscle definition. Some parts of the program are more strenuous than others, but not impossible to complete if you change the Bullworker Classic springs depending on the exercise. If you keep at the program, you will get results.

Seriously needs a proofreader
I get immediately turned off when the author spells laser-focused lazar-focused That’s indicative of a certain sloppiness plus many other typos

Effective Systematic Training
I highly recommend this book to anyone who owns a Bullworker and wants to get the most out of their training. Marlon is an expert in muscle development, and in this book he provides specific routines to follow on a daily basis to work through your entire body. If you just follow his instructions, the results will come. He really knows how to set up a program to provide a good systematic workout. If you want to get fit using the Bullworker, buy this book.

Book is entirely unreadable
I have the equipment and want to use it properly, saw this book, so bought this book to research how. It is incredibly poorly written. So bad that I have to think the author has learned English as a second language and barely passed. Plus the sequencing of topics is incredibly bad… he uses terms that are not defined or explained, and jumps from topic to topic without logical explanations. Just a mess.
