Great knife!
Came very sharp. Love the shape of the blade. I got 2 of these for presents and my brothers live them. I am sure that it isn't the strongest of knives but for basic every day use it is great. Very sturdy and has a nice weight to it. Slim enough to keep on the inside of your pocket but attached with the hook for quick access. For the price, and even if it was a bit more expensive, I would HIGHLY recommend this.

Very good 'toolbox' knife
First? Yes, this is a Chinese made knife. The company has a headquarters in the U.S. but are manufactured overseas. Much like most knife companies these days. The knife, however, is better than most inexpensive knives of similar type and make. The quality is up there, and I was surprised to find the knife, right out of the box, razor sharp. The one-star demotion is based on it is a little stiff and suspect the spring mechanism is tight (needs breaking in). I'm not sure of the blade's materials and just how it is tempered. It's sharp, now, but after normal wear and tear, will it be able to be reshaped and sharpened? Until then, it gets the one star lower. My initial thoughts were with this type of knife, and the need to have a durable knife to throw into my 'bug-out' bag for light use purposes, I think this will suffice. For what you get and the cost, you certainly cannot complain. Little nit-noy modifications could be incorporated into the make to give it better looks, but it is certainly not a deal breaker. Works, looks good, durable, functional, and does the job. There are better knives out there, but for an entry level. you won't be disappointed.

I'm a big fan of TAC force knives
I have ordered almost a dozen TAC-force knives over the past few years in a variety of styles from straight blades, half serrated, karambit, they are all nice. I use one as my EDC. For the price you can't get a better knife in my opinion. I love them because they are the best bang for your buck. I'll use it until I lose a screw, or the blade comes loose, or I chip it badly enough I can't sharpen it out and then I toss it in a drawer and pull out another one. The blade holds a pretty good sharpness, and they are pretty damn durable, again for the price. Is it the equivalent of a $200 Benchmade? No for $10-15 I can carry it, abuse it, and not worry about losing it. I had one taken by security at an amusement park trying to enter, and instead of walking 20 minutes back to the car to put it up like I would have done with a nicer knife, I just told them to keep it and moved on with my day. I use my TAC-force every day, cutting boxes, opening packages, in the garden, etc. I've given them as gifts too and everyone seems to love them. I usually get about a year and half out of one before pulling out another. I'm a big fan...

Nice knife but the folding part
Not a fan of how it folds out and to put back. If not careful, you could nick yourself.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was skeptical with this knife only costing under $8, but i couldn't be happier. This knife came extremely sharp out of the box. I've had knives from probably 10 different manufacturers, and this is definitely among the top 3 for sharpness. I would rate the blade similar to Smith and Wesson quality. I'm also pleased with the weight and thin profile of this knife. Releasing the blade is slightly stiff righ now, but it should break in with use. I would highly recommend this knife to anyone looking for a nice, affordable EDC knife.

Good bang for the buck.
This is a good knife for the money you will be spending on it. It is flashy but also does have good functionality. and since it comes with a glass breaker and seatbelt cutter built in, it is a good knife to carry around and keep you nice one nice.

Excellent for the money
Tac Force is the only low end knife manufacturer I like. For products that range from $5-$15, they are surprisingly sturdy, always cool, and their spring-assist models are lightning fast & dependable. This one is no exception. It's no Spyderco, or even a Gerber, and compared to those would be laughingly inferior, but for the money, it's an awesome knife for your car in case of emergencies, for yourself or a loved one, and would also make a good EDC for a person on a tight budget. The blade wasn't terribly sharp upon arrival, but sharpened readily (although the curvature made sharpening it evenly tricky). It's modified tanto design is certainly mean, once sharp, and would be sufficient for self-defense, if not ideal. The glass-breaker is solid, and would definitely do the trick, with windshield or skull! Not sure about the efficiency of the seat-belt cutter, but I'm positive the sharpened blade would easily cut a seat-belt. If I was grading it on a scale that included high end products, it would obviously only get a 2, at best 3, star rating. But grading it based on value for the price, it's a 5 star item, so I'm giving a weighted average of 4 stars overall.
