UltraTac AAA Flashlight Diffuser Tip, Glow in The Dark, Made of Soft Rubber Silicone, 0.55 inch Diameter (1 Pack for AAA Flashlight)

This purchase was a bit of a gamble for me that paid off. First, I have two Fenix AA sized flashlights (E12 and E09R), both are roughly 19mm diameter heads, so I wasn't sure this would fit, and they did. Second, I didn't want a diffuser head, what I really wanted was a light cone, so I cut off the end to let the spot shine through, and I was able to make it into what I wanted. As a light cone, this has exceeded my hopes. This glows brightly and increases my visibility when out walking the dogs at night, and I can still use it to help me see. The tip is held on by the elasticity of the silicone, so it can be knocked off easily, but the glow in the dark feature helps to find it if it does.

Easy to knock it off if bumped into something, but other than that no problem. Was addressed wrong but my kind neighbor got it to me.

The perfect EDC flashlight can also serve as an area light when needed, and these diffusers allow almost any AA flashlight that can tail-stand fulfill this role. It's a rather tight fit on some, but does fit. It can be stored on the tail of the flashlight when not in user, and is soft enough to allow use of a mechanical tail switch.

I purchased 2 aa and 2 aaa of these diffusers. They are very nice. The diffusers spread light out evenly, makeing the flood light effect very wide and strong. The glow when lights are shut off is bright and last a long time. I would like to see some bigger diffusers for my bigger lights.I recommend these diffusers.

Fits great on both of my AAA flashlights: an Olight i3e and Thrunite TI3 v2. Turns them into perfect little lanterns, just like you'd expect. The grippy silicone doesn't leave me at all worried about the cap accidentally falling off. I thought the glow-in-the-dark was just gimmicky, but it's actually kinda nice in some circumstances. That tiny bit of glow is nice to have when you need it. My only wish was that this came in other colors. Red, amber/orange, green, blue... I've tried cutting up some lighting filters / gels to insert under the cap, but its very fiddly. Alternatively, you can try using a chapstick lid as a diffuser instead of this. They fit reasonably well (though nowhere near as secure as this silicone), come in multiple colors (chapstick: white, Carmex: red, Blistex: green, Burt's Bees: various), and are cheap/easy to find. The degree of light transmission can vary though...

Works fine. If you need diffused light with a glow in the dark feature after the light is turned off this is what you want.

Well it’s a great product but the rubber you use is to flipping soft and breaks down way to quickly and it tears easily.. so fix it cause I like the option of a diffuser so if your going to sell a Ultra Tac it needs to be dule red and white, why?? Oh ok for tactile or low pro times. It’s nice to have a diffuser so u can white and red with a attachment like that . So get busy and make a better operational product. Peace
