Boy, are these loud. Too loud, in fact, to add as an effect on my machine when a winning ball is sunk. Plus, I wouldn't associate the sound with winning. I plan on repurposing these as an alarm on a boat motor.

I know that the decibel rating is listed on the item page but I don't know exactly how that reflects on my ears. I was honestly surprised by how loud this thing was.

They were purchased to connect to my golf cart turn signals to alert me if I have left the turn signal on. Neither buzzer would turn on-off-on with the turn signal. They sounded only if I applied a steady on signal.

not a thing

I bought these as a turn signal reminder on an old Ford that requires me to turn off the turn signal manually. The car is on 6 volts, and while the spec sheet says 3 volts, I absolutely can not hear either of the units. Even when connected to 12 volts, they are not very loud.

It works good with 9v but it doesn't work with 18v that's what I need them for good quality sound at 9 v but with the 18v it's sounds like it can't handle the voltage so I'm returning it ..

Good quality at a good price.

These are perfect for my boat to use as an alarm not too loud not too soft. So far so good I ended up adding some liquid electric tape where the wires enter the plastic housing just to help ensure water stays out. But I'd buy them again because so far so good and I have a second as a backup just in case.
