Reasonable (not weather tested yet!)
This is basically a large poncho with a hood. Positives:Easy to put on while you are in the wheelchairEasy to put on before getting into the wheelchair alsoThere are two slits at the back which mean the handles can poke through, so if you are being pushed the person still has full access to the handlesAnother benefit of these slits is that you don't have to push the handles out through them if you don't want - to stop annoying people coming up to you and moving you without asking as they can't get to the handles!Covers a good portion of you.I can just about wheel myself with the side tabs attached (see below) - but it's a little tight for my movementsNegatives:If someone else needs to operate the brakes they will need to lift up the sides to access the brakes AND there are tabs either side to connect the poncho to the wheelchair frame:If they are attached - depending where - the helper may not be able to access the brakes (I still can access them myself while the tabs are connected). The tabs have just been cut at the end of the fabric strips - not sewn over neatly to prevent future fraying and to look nice! Suspect the fabric won't fray but it's a small thing which lets it down. When the tabs are connected it does make the pocho tighter across your body - larger people will possibly struggle to attach the tabs as I can just about, and I'm slender. I think it will be fine without the tabs attached generally, but I can see if it's very heavy they would be helpful. The zip does not come up quite as high as the chin, and even with pulling the hood as tightly as possible there is still a gap under the chin for rain to come in. This is my biggest criticism. For info - it comes to mid calf so wearing boots would be a good idea with this!Overall for the price I'm satisfied - just not thrilled. If they had made the hood/zip a better fit under the the chin, made the side tabs adjustable and finished the ends I would be thrilled. A bonus would be for it to be longer to come to at least to top of my boots, but how amazing would it be if it was actually elasticated and covered the boots?!

Excellent, as described.
I purchased this cover to keep my electric wheelchair dry in the rain, it is a perfect fit, it covers the whole chair and clips on with ease. It also covers the control panel and leaves me plenty of space to move about under the rain cover. I highly recommend this product

Excellent item
Fantastic for wheelchair users. Allows them to stay dry completely and not be restricted to staying indoors when it's raining outside.
