This is for beginners and one may need to change after few months. Also, the size will not suit adult male as the space to hold is too less.

Le revêtement des haltères est un plastique qui n'a pas la sensation agréable du grip silicone, surtout quand on transpire. De plus il est fragile sur les coins, je pense qu'on verra la fonte à force de les manipuler. J'ai reçu des haltères plus légères de 600g que le poids annoncé. Cependant je les garde par rapport à leur prix.
