This laptop comes complete with a new full version of Windows 10 Home 64-bit installed.

Q: How the laptop "intel quad core processor" speed for working ms-office applications, youtube movies, and internet?

After I spent 60 dollar to fix the flex cable that came broken, I can say the computer is ok to work with office, you tube and internet. Besides that, I do no recommend the seller at all, because they denied their responsibility and refused to pay the fixment. What I know is that a flex cable doesn't break by transporting the notebook. So, it ok to buy a notebook, but not is ok to buy the seller. The "Refurbisher Amazon Certification" means nothing in this case, they also didn't provide any solution, so I just can't trust it anymore. Thanks,
