Not a hardcore fix.
I've had tennis elbow on and off now for years. It's getting to the stage where I need some pretty decent pressure on it to assist as I have to engage in a lot of physical activity. This is a good strap except for 1 flaw. It's TOO stretchy. I've had rigid ones before but without the pad to increase the spot pressure. I went for this because it had the pad, but unfortunately the stretchiness of it basically means that the pressure of the pad on the sweet-spot isn't what it could be. You can go super tight, but then you're really stretching it and it's cutting off circulation. Also - though by ionocore, there's no metal element to this band. So if you're looking at this because it's got copper in it... it does not. I knew this before I bought it, so not bothered about it, but it's somewhat misleading if you were buying in a hurry (in which case you'd probably not be reading reviews, so not really sure why I've bothered with this bit.)

Tennis elbow
What a difference after wearing for 1 week at work, good size for men with larger arms. Good results already and very well made. Recommend for tennis elbow.

Good quality at a good price
Used for tennis elbow, good quality and good price. Does help support the elbow joint when doing light lifting, haven't tried any heavy lifting as yet, but I would recommend buying one.

Hole in one not guaranteed !
Returned to playing golf recently after 18 month lay-off due to Covid restrictions. First game back suffered severe pain in left elbow and forearm, struggling to grip club for last few holes. Same happened again week later during next round. Researched arm supports and came across this Ionocore strap on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Very pleased I did. It is less bulky than I thought it would be and easily fits under a shirt sleeve and is infinitely adjustable. I tried it round the house for a couple of hours first and quickly realised that it does not need to be too tight to be effective in offering support. You need to experiment a bit to find the most comfortable and effective tightness. For me, once it has been on for a few minutes I am no longer aware I am wearing it yet the support is ideal and I no longer have any issues with completing a round with no pain or grip issues. Does it interfere with my swing, well all I can say is that in the first round I played using the strap I scored my first hole in one ever and possibly my last! It seems to be well constructed and if treated with respect should last well. Even use it in the garden at the moment when I have lifting jobs to do and I can feel the support it gives.
