I don't know what you mean by "men's cut", but the legs on these are tighter than average snow pants. They fit much closer than traditional baggy snow pants. Hope that helps

I am not a tailor but I don’t see why not, it’s not a plastic feeling pant. The fleece seem like it could handle alternations.

No other snow pants needed, these are great!

Pants purchased for a ski trip. Wore them in 16 -22 degree weather. They were very comfortable.
