My six year old daughter takes swimming lessons and has very long blonde hair. The nuisance of the hair getting in the way while trying to learn to swim can be such a distraction to her success. Purchased for my daughter to use in PE class while swimming. She has very think hair and it is long. She has way to much hair for this to handle. This just slips right off her head - will not stay on at all. If you are looking for something to hold long hair - try a different one. I am passing this one on to a friend to see if it might work for their son who has very short hair. We shall see how that works.

I bought this as a gift for my cousin's birthday. He really enjoy swimming. After a couple of weeks, we met up for lunch and i asked him about this product. I cannot get this or any other swim cap to stay on my head. I have long thick hair and a rather large head, and there's a good chance it's just me, but no luck here. Seems well made though!
