I'm not gonna lie but believe me I was really sceptical before ordering any Chair that too online so I took a risk and ordered this chair and I was really shocked that they have delivered the order on time that too without a single scratch!Coming to Chair, it's a nicely designed, will definitely gonna give you comfort if you're working from home and have the issue of back pain.

Let's start with the packaging. It's a self assembly product so it comes in a carton with all parts dismantled. First impressions as I opened the box was that this product is old or used. This was because few of the parts (see picture) seemed to be worn out. However, after assembling this can say for sure that it's brand new. The packing wasn't done delicately leaving a few scratches all over which doesn't give a feel good.Coming to assembly, it's a very simple job- can be done by a novice without any tools. There's a small instruction leaflet inside which may helpUsage- excellent lumbar support. Very similar to my office chair at work. Arm rests are height adjustable. The wheels are smooth and you can move around like a charm. The height of the chair is excellent even for me at 5'11" and ofcourse adjustable. Sitting for more than 30 mins makes you feel like the base is smaller and would have been comfortable if it extended a bit more towards the back of your knees.Unlike sitting on a leather covered chair that I also own, this is comfy and doesn't leave you hot and sweating since it is nicely perforated. While this doesn't have a neck rest, you don't actually need one thanks to the lumbar support.Overall it's a good product. I do have some gripes about the price range though. At 5.5k+, it's not a cheap investment for home use. And little things like the finishing or the material used on the base gives it a slightly cheap feel and look for the amount shelled out.Been just 1 day of use. Will update the review after prolonged usage

Ordered Savya Chair Apollo MB chair 2 on 9th of Aug 2021, delivered to me on 29th on Aug 2021 in a work from home scenario for better work comfort. It was easy to assemble, however the chair degraded very badly within 1 year, screws were losing and falling frequently, left and right arms alignment were up and down and in the last days of warranty even the mechanism part got broken. Very disappointed with the chair mechanism and customer care service.

Althogh I am satisfied with this product, a few points which I want to highlight:- Quality is good for the price. Can be used on daily basis without hiccups- Biggest Disadvantage: Back rest is not adjustable- But it has Lumbar (lower back) support. The handles of the chair are adjustable. Height is adjustable.- Foam of the chair is on a bit hard side. It is not uncomfortable but there are better cushioned chairs in the market.

Chair is noisy . Arm rest quality is very bad. Back support is noisy and not studdy . You can't sit and work comfortably because back support isn't working well. Please don't waste your money in this type of product. Invest in a good reputed company.

It is light weight and provides super comfort. It was easy to assemble. Highly recommended. Thanks Savya Home and Amazon.

The silver paint on the plastic parts were already chipping off when I unpacked the chair. More paint chipped while assembling the chair. You don't expect such poor finishing quality after paying more than 5000/-Other than that, the chair seems comfortable and has good support
