I would recommend this product
I read about Policosanol in The 4 Hr Body by Tim Ferris. The product is an extract of plant waxes e.g. sugar cane. The author used it to help reduce body fat.I have been using the Policosanol as directed in the book, as part of a stack: Policosanol, Allicin and Alpha Lipoic Acid.When I took my 2nd DXA scan a month into the regimen, I had lost almost 3 lbs of fat, and gained more than 3 lbs of muscle. It is important to note that other than walking, I haven't exercised, so I feel confident in saying that the results I have produced so far, are because of the Policosanol AND everything I am using.
