A very good book for exams although recommend objective.

It's good to know all food related information. But for food safety officer exam it's not enough to get all things. Very less portion of roles of food safety officer is covered.

Given older edition, although book is useful
Useful very much but they had given me old edition by using sticker of newer one on it. Although, book is interesting and useful for touching the information we required, not in so detail..
