I bought this for my 19 year old daughter who loves it. I didn't know too much about these things until my daughter started exercising and stretching...and whatnot..Anyway, it works well, i noticed other reviews that said to buy ceiling accessories....DON'T DO IT! It comes with everything you need to install and they are heavy duty at that! So, I wasted money buying extra when it wasn't needed, so don't it comes with everything you need.Other than that, it was easy to install (because I didn't do it) as long as you find the rafters in your ceiling and that might require a bit more knowhow so if you don't know , don't do it just ask someone to do it for you, worked for me.One other thing that left me perplexed, they didn't include the set up instructions in the package you have to go onto their website (as stated) and they will email it to you. Easy process, got it immediately, just didn't understand why it wasn't included in the package. Other than that, great product!

They also have the best customer service and communication. Once I ordered this Hammock it came in the mail the very next day. I couldn’t believe it! It comes packaged nicely in a carrying case and comes with the hanging straps and hooks. The color of the hammock makes for beautiful pictures while the material makes it super comfy to swing on. I love this hammock because it allows be to get deeper into certain poses that I normally wouldn’t be able to do just myself in the ground. This is a great prop for anyone wanting to get more flexible, practice cool new moves, or even meditate and relax in :)

just got the hammock an hour ago! It’s already in my yoga room.I already have 2 yoga hammock from à European brand (I’m from France). I’m a yoga teacher so I use them for work.The fabric of this hammock is lighter and maybe a bit more elastic but it does the job perfectly.Makes the touch of the fabric lighter and less painful for the legs in inversion pose.Elasticity is just what it need to be comfortable and not to much to make it complicated for yoga practice.It’s attached to a wooden part of my ceiling so the links you send with were to small but that’s not a surprise since I have a four centuries old house and it’s actually a tree that old the hammock so my house is the issue and not your product 😂So basically :The light fabric is very nice, color is very nice and the length is fine.It’s all very comfortable and it’s very nice to have the bag to travel with it! I really like it and would recommend it gladly.

I live in an apartment, so I asked if we could hang it. The receptionist said yes, if we had a maintenance person hang it. Now it's up, but I don't think it is correctly hanging. I felt super secure, and, it was my first time. My experience with using the hanging exercise swing for the first time took me back to childhood.Weeeeee!💖I will have my son come by and look at the e video that I was supposed to get...UpdateI was angry that I bought a hammock from THIS COMPANY because there are no printed instructions.This was markrketed. To BEGINNERS. I have never seen one and the maintains man installed it as a hammock!It's been a lot of fun... so four stars!😍

The media could not be loaded.  I am 65 inches and stretch out with room to spare. I use it mostly as an indoor swing for me and my children. It supports me and my two kids and can swing as well. I put mole skin on the mounting bars to keep the noise level down, and it worked perfectly! Would buy again for friends if it was still available. This hammock/swing is my happy place. My 6'3" husband can also lay down in this comfortably.

Get this yoga hammock! It’s easy to setup and use. I focus a lot on flexibility and the hammock is a fun and simple way to get deeper into stretches. I love meditation and relaxation and the comfort of the hammock is perfect for this too. The hammock introduces a whole new range of motion, strength building, flexibility, and activities to my yoga practice. I’ve used it indoors and outdoors, by myself and with friends, and even in my local yoga studio! I have mainly practiced yoga on my mat and I’ve used the yoga wheel too - and now I have another amazing thing to use - the yoga hammock. 10 out of 10!

I love my new yoga hammock! I started with the yoga trapeze and recently upgraded to a yoga hammock. It was super easy to install and adjust. It did come pre-tied but it was too long for me. So I re tied it so the hammock was the right height. The instructions were super easy and clear. I love the stretchiness and it is super comfortable. I've done multiple arm wraps and a couple beginner inversions with leg wraps. It feels so much better than the trapeze for stuff like that. It is big enough to do a full cocoon which is awesome as well.

We bought this for our ADHD son so he could fidget while he sat. Hung from joists in the living room. But our whole family loves it. Wish we had room for three so each kid could have their own.It can easily support me plus my two little kids.I never thought I'd have a swing in my living room, but now I don't know how we got along without it. Its great for naps for me too.No one has ever used ours for yoga.

Did not come with mounts for the ceiling.. literally still in the box, waiting to order mounts. It’s annoying that they show them in the picture with leg bolts and neither came with the product…

It came as a rectangle of material. The pieces missing are the ends tied with straps onto the material that are used to hang the hammock. There were no instructions included.

Terrible quality. The hammock ripped slightly when I hung it up. Will not buy again
