Smooth - Effective
Others have stated that this liquid formula is bitter, I suppose that's a matter of taste. I find the taste exotic. This 'Horbäach Ashwagandha Root Liquid Extract' has just the ever slightest flavor of licorice, and the also the slightest taste of prune with a type of a minty aftertaste. All of these 'flavors' are merely a description to assay to give one a simple description, although, ashwagandha has a unique taste all of its own. I put it under the tongue, and find that if I take a sip of fine quality black coffee after, the combination is quite exilerating. Also, it is very effective in leveling mood and balancing hormones. I recommend 1/2 dropper in the morning upon waking and 1/2 dropper just before bed to maintain a smooth demeanor round the clock. As well, I find no side effects, such as; drowsiness, etc...

I used this to help me calm down when I get off of work or even before if I know it is going to be a hectic work load. I must say I could tell a difference with in 2 days. Most stuff that is healthy doesn’t always taste great; but it ain’t that awful either. Definitely will buy again.

Calming
Really works very well. 4 droppers at night and I drift off to sleep. Zero hangover in the morning. Zero side effects. The taste is passable not terrible. The price is right.

I’ve purchased this Ashwagandha liquid for 4 years & it’s always the same. I feel peaceful & calm throughout the day. Sleep well and wake up feeling rested. There are so many health properties in this plant other than feeling calm. This brand is a consistent good product! Ratio is perfect too!

Not sure it works
I received the product on time at the address and subsequently in Kenya where I live. The product was packaged in the white box as opposed to manufacturers packing, it also didn’t have manufacturer product slip. I added 3 drops to my juice last night (20.8.2024) and I didn’t get any sleep at all and interestingly I wasn’t tired today and was very alert .. no sleep fatigue at work today (21.08.3024) Tonight (21.08.2024) I have added 6-7 drops to my hot cocoa drink . Will update further as use it.
