Now, I’ve only had these for a few weeks so keep that in mind, but based upon what I’ve seen so far, here’s the review:The product comes in a nice carrying bag. It is easy to re-pack everything into the case after use. The bands are high quality and give a consistent, smooth resistance throughout the workout. Of course like all bands, there is increased resistance the further it is pulled, but it feels like the weight estimates on each band are pretty true to what I can typically move with free weights. My favorite part about this set is that the system is super easy to use. I can add or remove weight easily just by clipping different bands onto the handles. This product really shines with the door-mount piece. It essentially allows me to set these up at even more heights than would be possible with a cable machine. While I wouldn’t say these are a full replacement for the stuff at the gym, they are definitely worth it if you are not looking to use the space or money required to make a home gym. 10/10 I would recommend these

A gym that you can use anytime, anyplace! Equipment allows you to do a variety of exercises for any area of the body. Tubes and bands provide progressive resistance to meet you where you are now and follow with you as you progress. Pack it in you carry on luggage, exercise on your schedule in the convenience o your location. Quality tubes, bands, and padded handles. I showed this kit to my Physical Therapist, and she was so impressed with kit and exercises that she showed it to others in her facility! Wish I found this before I needed a physical therapist! I know what I am giving for holiday gifts!

I was looking for something that would keep me in shape, but did not take up much too space and was easy to transport from our home to our vacation home. This set does it all. High quality materials with padded grips, lightweight and easy to transport in the bag which comes with the set, easy to understand instructional material that can be printed, easy to register for warranty! I am in my early 80s and this set gives me a range of resistance that is variable enough to keep me in shape and improve muscle tone. It will not produce bulging biceps but that is not why I bought it. Don't take this as a disclaimer that it is not for someone younger and who wants to build muscles. I am sure it will. Very happy with this purchase!

So this resistance bands kit is awesome, it comes with loop bands as well and they’re very easy to use and versatile and you can get a great workout with these if you’re in an upstairs apartment and you’re trying to be quiet! My one gripe though, is that the 30 lb resistance band ripped, only after a little over a month of usage between my bf and I! The coolest part, is that they have a warranty you can register for in case if something tears or breaks, and when I asked for my replacement resistance band, they got back to me very quickly and not only did they send my new resistance band, but they sent a whole new kit!! New loop bands and everything included! I didn’t even ask for a whole new kit lol if you get this kit definitely register for the warranty! The bands might not break but it’s great just in case if they do (:

YouThe set is complete, the instructions are detailed and the system is a really detailed place for both beginners, looking for a great starting place for introducing yourself while transitioning from free weights, or an experienced band user. I bought these for my son to use at home and now both my wife and I are using them. With schools closed, stay at home orders and overall normal life changing rapidly these were the perfect solution to help keep us active and healthy while our options were limited. I couldn’t afford to buy an entire free weight set to take the place of the gym, but this was really the best option when considering versatility, portability and ease of acclimation. Not to mention as things open back up these can easily go with you wherever you go. Oh also LIFETIME WARRANTY!

Recommended by a workout friend, this bundle provides good choices for bands and loop bands.

haven't used them long enough to assess durability (& probably won't use the door anchor, our apt is very old & the doors slip open), but really enjoying having so many options. so far I've used the resistance loop bands the most - I'm very petite & they're the perfect size for leg work.i have used the other bands casually but like the feel of them. the ankle strap Velcro is very secure, & the exercise bands clasp securely to them or the handles with a really legit clasp....to be honest, for this price point, if the rubber makes it a couple years without any major breakdowns & the connecting pieces don't fall off, I'll be stoked.it's a really awesome complete band set for someone who dabbles or doesn't have space for a home gym (or, like me, has an amazing park with outdoor fitness area). i use a different fitness company's videos & this set was WAY WAY WAY less expensive than the branded one. for the value + price, I'm contemplating buying a second for more band options/a travel bag!

I’ve used these the past few years. Only reason I stopped was due to leaving them in my car in the summer. The heat makes them easy to break, which it warns you about. So that was user error, not product. Love these!!

The quality of these resistance bands is incredible! It's been super handy during my workout online classes with my personal trainer.

Item is not the same as shown in the pictures. Still does the job, but I don't think they will last very long.

What you receive is a Complete hogshit product that is not what's advertised. Do not buy.
