Easy to use and clean
Bought as a gift for a close friend who is also a massage therapist. These feel great when they are used on you. I'll happily be the guinea pig while he learns all about them.

I am getting more for my family, friends, gardener, ..anyone with pain. They love them too!
This is not a paid review. I am writing this review to help people benefit from using it. I have been using the simple one-piece cupping without the top part but this is a great upgraded version. I was able to make a tighter connection by pumping the top and painlessly remove the cupping while pressing the top. After using these on my shoulder made my frozen shoulder all better. Now, I am using them everywhere on my shoulders, back, legs, feet, arms, hands, and even on my tummy. I sometimes keep them on for hours. For some reason, I am much more regular with bm after using cupping for 10 minutes at night. Initially, it was hurting to put cupping on my tummy area so much but gets better after the third time. My sister claims that she lost more than few inches her waist doing the same thing. haha I am seeing her tomorrow so I will keep you posted.
