Batiste Dry Shampoo, Blonde, 3.81 oz

Wow! I have tried a lot of dry shampoos from high end to all the drug store brands and this is by far the best. Only one that comes close to this is the Bumble and Bumble one for blonds but it is way more expensive and I do like this one better. The Batiste for blondes make my fine blond hair look more voluminous and flowing on days when I wash it and I spray it on day two for oil absorption so I only have to wash my hair every other day. I have pretty oily roots in the morning and with this and washing every other day my oil production has really slowed down. The tint to this spray powder is key here. I have naturally light blond hair and for day two unwashed hair the crown of my hair looks darker even when it doesn't look oily because the hair gets darker when its wet/oil. This makes my color continuous adding and the powder itself gives it fullness which is why this makes your hair look phenomenal. I have stopped using mousse altogether because I realized this lifts where mousse weighs it down. It also smells amazing, not overpowering just a nice neutral sent so my hair doesn't smell like hair! on day two. It is powdery to the touch for the first few hours but doesn't get everywhere by any means. Lift your roots section by section and spray it in. Finish your makeup or put your clothes on then massage it a bit and you won't see any residue at all. I keep from tossing my hair or running my fingers through it for the first few hours so the powder really stays to the roots of the hair. After a while you can't tell it is in three at all as your natural oils have mixed with it. If you have problems with it coming off on clothes and such I would say you are either using way to much or are spraying the surface of your hair which won't give good results anyway. Lift your hair up with one hand and spray the under side of your roots. You want the powder to absorb from the bottom not all over the top. Hope this is helpful. I buy this product in bulk now. I have blonde hair with platinum highlights. This color dry shampoo gives my hair body and makes it sort of glow from the color in it. Much, much better than dry shampoos with no color. Try it, it’s really good.😌

I don't know why I bother but I have tried other brands because of their claims and I always go back to Batiste. It does exactly what it says it will, even for ultra fine hair, without fail. The one for blonde hair is my favorite, the one claiming to add volume, my least.

Batiste Dry Shampoo is the best dry shampoo I've found. I've tried several brands including Dove, Panteen and Sauve. I think Batiste is best because it doesn't leave a sticky residue, it's basically just tapioca starch in spray form. I have tried several versions of the Batiste, bought mainly at Target. My favorite so far has been the Blush. All of them are pretty highly scented, which isn't a great thing to me. Most do leave a white residue that has to be brushed out.Blush- highly scented, but I liked this scent the best out of the non-colored dry shampoos. Does leave a white residue, which brushes out.Light and Blonde- this less strongly scented, which I like, but the spray is yellow-colored, so it leaves a yellow residue. I am blonde but I think the white starch blends in best to my hair, not the yellow. This one tends to make my hair part appear jaundiced.Original- strongly scented, and I didn't love the scent, but the product works great.Wild (Sassy and Daring)- I couldn't use this one because the scent is awful. My husband says it makes me smell like a men's barber shop. It has a musky scent to it, which I guess is supposed to be "sexy" but I think its stinky.So, overall, I really like this dry shampoo and will continue to buy. I just wish the scents weren't quite so strong.

There are not enough awesome things to say about this product. As someone with highlighted blonde hair, this is perfect for in between hair appointments. During the winter months, my roots come in dark as can be, and this covers them right up. It smells nice (not like baby powder) and drys quickly. Other dry shampoos with color I have tried left residue on my hands when I would touch my scalp hours later. This product definitely does not.However, it is important to mention that you shouldn't do this super close to your head, it ends up a little spotty. I have found that when I make that mistake, I am easily able to massage the color into my hair and it fixes it very quickly. It is easy to remove from clothes (accidentally used while wearing a black blazer) and will keep your hair looking awesome all day. It doesn't run when it gets rained on but washes out easily. It is a very blonde color, so I wouldn't recommend this product for someone with dirty blonde hair.The best part? Not tested on animals and is free from all of those yucky harmful ingredients. Probably because it is a European product. I've used it about 10 times and my bottle still feels mostly full. Absolutely love!
