The cost for these was kinda expensive, in my opinion, for a 90-day bottle, but I am hoping it works better than other brands which do not deliver as big of a punch in Lithium Orotate. My father has dementia and I ordered this after reading a scientific journal article about Lithium Orotate being very beneficial to those with dementia. It has been a week and he seems no different, but we will continue with these supplements and continue monitoring him.

The effectiveness and the quality of the lithium gave me ease during the day

Has worked well for my anhedonia. I feel more positive and balanced. No noticeable side effects.

On time delivery and product is excellent

It didn't seem so do anything, then I learned more about the dosing and how this is not 20mg of lithium, it is of lithium oro and they are not comparable. I got the 130mg from horbäach (they helpfully list that 130mg lith oro is from 5mg lithium) and I could feel the affect if the horbäach same evening! I am using it to help with stability, as I need help with mania. I need some stronger stuff than I can get from this 20mg lith oro but not the full bipolar treatment.

excellent product

I’ve been trying these for my diagnosed bipolar disorder, and overall I think they’ve been doing a great job. I’m trying to wean off of my old prescribed medicine, and I think it’s been more effective than my prescription. I haven’t had as many outbursts, my mood has definitely been more stable and I haven’t had nearly as bad manic episodes as I normally have. I wouldn’t say 20 mg is strong, but I wouldn’t take more than one just for your kidneys sake. If you’re having trouble with mood swings, I would definitely try these! Works as good as my prescription, if not better.

I really like this product. Haven’t seen anymore of the 20mg only the 5. I’d much rather have the 20mg.
