Does the drill come with the scrub brushes?

Yes it comes with all the brushes but it doesn’t come with the drill.

It is a 3.2mm attachment size? My dremel will only accept those

Dremel would not be able to handle the torque needed to run these brushes. These have 1/4 inch (6.35mm) attachment shafts.

How durable is the extender?

I have used a lot of force with it and is very durable

Would it work with the black and decker drill LDX120c 3/8 drill
