Okay, let me help you. I'm using this tool for more than a month now and I know what I am talking about. 👇One simple advice - steam your face as much as you really can. Really, this is crucial part of all process. After that try middle head and you'll be impressed, i tell you. Use it with 30% angle, don't stay on one place and you'll be pleased.Do not even try to use it right after you've got the order. Just take a HOT shower and only then try this thing. You will need some time to get used to this tool. I mean: how to move it, what angle do you need and so on. Give it a try, do not just open box and attach large head using it on your chin. Today is the first time I’ve used it. The packaging was good and the box was sealed. The steps I’ve taken was first to place a hot towel over my face to open the pores for about 3 mins. I’ve then vacuum my face and only little amount of whiteheads was sucked out. I think for better results, I’ve should of left the towel on for 10 minutes instead of 3. After the suction was done, I’ve applied a toner of my face and used a cold towel to place over my face to close the pores. After one use, my face feels smoother. I have oily skin with terrible acne scars AND acne in my 30s! So I’m hoping this device will do good for the future. I will update my review within a month when the final result shows!

Okay I was skeptical at first. I didn’t really have high hopes, but I have it a shot anyways. I LOVE this thing. I used it straight out of the shower and OMG it got stuff out of my skin I didn’t even know was there. So much oil came out, even after I had JUST washed my face! It takes a little practice to get it right but it’s been so fun playing with it so far and my skin feels incredible. The only complaint I have is that the directions don’t tell you how to take it apart or clean it or change the heads on it so I’ve just had to figure that out myself, but I’m still so happy with this.

Shipping was really fast! Like 2 days!Packed very well. I love that it’s not heavy at all and very comfortable for using!I have problem skin, especially black heads. I’ve tried many things. I like this product because it reminds me about microdermabrasion treatment which is very expensive in the spas.With this, I can do cleansing at home almost every day! So happy! And not expensive at all!Bye bye black heads for good ;)

This thing works! It’s easy to hold and operate. Make sure to move the tools while you use it. If you leave it on too long you’ll end up with a big red mark on your face. I didn’t want to post photos of the cleaner after use because quite honestly it is disgusting. But this tool gets even stubborn and deep back heads or white heads. I use it on my nose and chin area and could not be happier with the results. I never though this would work but it’s been great to have and I even the lowest setting is powerful enough to remove debris from your pores.

Overall it was a good product. You really have to make sure you heat your face ALOT before use otherwise you risk it getting stuck on your face and not sucking anything up except your skin leaving amazing looking hickeys to the point that people think your fiance hits you (oh yeah that was wonderful). I also wish that the instructions were a little more clear but after awhile I got the hang of it. PRACTICE ON A DAY YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE!

I was so skeptical about buying yet another product that possibly wouldnt work just to be blindsided that something worked. I have bought every product you could imagine to get rid of blackheads and to clean out my pores. Every product would leave my face red and stinging. This product does not do it! (Unless you leave it in one spot for too long and yes I did it by accident lol)it cleaned out my pores without all the hassle of applying a face mask and ripping it off. BUT YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL YOUVE STEAMED YOUR FACE or it wont work. I did it right after a shower and I'm telling you this product is the real deal! No wasted money, no burning, stinging face no redness. I'm am beyond grateful I found something that actually works!!
