Pro This product is very helpful if you have any form of diabetes. Somebody at work recomended me this and they said it was life changing. My aunt has it and if you take it with the food, start to eat healthy, exersise and stop eating junk - you will notice a defference too! Try it - it is great. Also take fish oil, eat veggies, fruits. Stop eat white pasta, rice and bread and meat. Eat fish and coconut milk. Cons Only one - there is not enough of it and its not too concentrated as you would like so it is only a supplement for 2 weeks. Expensive.

This juice comes in a big bottle and since the instructions suggest drinking 2 fluid ounces of this daily, the bottle will last a very long time. I got this for the bitter gourd because bitter gourd is really good for a person's health. Not being very familiar with this, I don't really know offhand how it should taste. I'd say the taste is a little 'different'. Hard to describe. Moreover, tastes are experienced in a very personal way so there is no way of telling how others experience it. What I especially like about this is the fact that absolutely everything can be read easily and even without my glasses, wow, bravo. The supplement facts look excellent in that there are just few carbs, no cholesterol, and the sodium isn't anything to be alarmed about. The calories can practically be neglected. An expiration date can be found easily and it is one year and 8 months into the future from the time I received this. With a bottle this size, I would most certainly consider this great value.
