Whenever I’m suspicious of something I’m about to eat
When I think something might be too spicy or heavy or even if I’m just not sure, I take 2 of these and generally it’s problems solved! I give it to my dogs too for loose stools or GI distress. It pulls out toxins and eliminates them through your poo!

Works well for detoxing!
Anytime I eat something that doesn't agree with me, I take four of these in the middle of the night at least 2 hours after my pills or eating. It works so well to get rid of toxins. Just so you'll know, it will turn your stools black but it's worth it to get rid of the toxins. I feel better after taking it.
