I bought a group of 4, but they only sent one. I contacted them and they said they'd look into it, but then ghosted me when I tried to follow up. I guess they were hoping I'd just accept paying $25 for a single one, but I've returned it. Too bad, as the part itself is good and FixNZip is not a problem.Just avoid this particular seller.

Thought I might have to buy a new golf bag but this zipper replacement made it good as new.

When ordering, it says that it is a 4 pack. It is not. It is a pack of one. Misleading information. While this could be some type of oversight, I would be wary of buying and expecting to get 4.

The media could not be loaded.  Good product. Bad seller that is 1 not 4. If you like paying 4 times too much for something and not getting the quantity you ordered.

I purchased the fixnzip zipper pull for my Eurovan sliding door screen. It was easy to replace and is keeping the zipper from coming apart. The service provided by the company was excellent.

This little device allowed me to repair my husband's favorite all-purpose warm sweatshirt. After several years of thinking that he'd keep warmer if only I could fix that zipper, I did it, and it's been great, especially for such an important garment that is worn in cold weather to take care of all the things. This was relatively easy to implement and has been a wonderful, functional item to restore use to this important sweatshirt!

Saved me buying and having a new zipper put on my jacket . The only problem I had I didn’t know what or how to put the brown plastic end on .But the zipper worked good without it .

Husband tried repeatedly watching video instructions but didn’t work on his golf bag zipper. Used the larger zip as instructed. Sent a request to manufacturer but had no reply.
