Never functioned properly

The Tracker worked for 2 days before it quit working. Trying to getting some support was impossible. Forced to go through Amazon before anyone from the company would make contact. Would not recommend to anyone!

After reviewing dozens of similar products, this one is off the charts excellent. Battery life is well beyond what the manufacturer states and the customer service is beyond belief. I had some problems figuring out how to use it, but it was just my operator error and the company guided me through it in minutes. It is by far the least costly and most effective way of tracking on the market. Make sure of your cell coverage, if its poor your going to get frustrated if its great like mine it will work beyond your wildest expectations.

It does not hold charge for 5 days like advertised. I barely get 12-14 hours. I use the unit I find a more reliable no fee gps unit.

This product works so well! It's perfect if you know how to use it. At first I was very confused because i've never owned anything like it but after i read the manual on the included disc then it was a breeze.

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone for support. Battery life is poor, at most a few days to a week if that. I put an SMS card in it, and left it charging at home. I was at work with no one home and it was reporting back that it was in motion. I left it off the charger to see and it would report back various different battery life levels...up and down, almost like how windows recalculates how much time to copy a file. This is a gimmick worth about $50. The otterbox case is the only real quality item worth another $50. I wouldn't pay anything more than $100 for the combo. I made a mistake and would have been better off getting a free GPS unit and paying for a $99/year plan through a company. My punishment for trying to avoid a contract.

Finally I can use a gps tracker without any mind boggling electrical setup and fee less. I only find that the maps should be a bit more accurate but good nevertheless.
