Bought this when I was going to start on the Keto diet about 2 months ago. Up to now I have lost about 25 pounds, but I think that has to do with more of the diet then the pills. I am not one to wright a review for products I buy but for this one I felt I needed to. Anyone that has been on a Keto diet knows about the dreaded KETO FLU, I myself have had this in the past whenever I tried this diet out. But In adding this pill to my diet plan I have yet to get the KETO FLU, going on 2 months now!!!! This is a big plus for me, no one likes getting sick. So even if I feel this pill is not really helping on the weight loss part it’s promoted for, I will be purchasing it again so I can continue to avoid getting the keto flu.

Esas pastillas no me ayudaron en nada mejor subí más de peso. Tengo 6”2’ y cuando convence a tomarlas pensé que me ayudarían cabe destacar que hacía ejercicios, solo tome 2 frascos. Ahora en pandemia cambié mi hábitos alimenticios y mis rutinas, y ya llevo 70 libras menos. Sin necesidad de patillas, ánimo!

I've been taking them for two weeks and haven't lost any weight. I'm going to finish out my 3mos supply and if I lose weight I'll order more. If I don't lose any weight I won't be buying anymore. Time will tell.

Save your money.....it was of no benefit.
