Moved to this from balance scalp. Absolutely no fragrance and absolutely no scalp irritation or dryness. I like it. Doesn't help with prolonged hairfall though but that's genetic. Satisfied with the purchase.

I mistook this for th Aqua Pure variant.. but it’s taken to my hair rather well. I miss having fragrant hair post a wash but it’s alright.. it leaves my hair softer, shinier and removes oil easily. May just buy it again!

I buy this often and product is very good, but the sellers sometimes send un-sealed shampoos, which is a nuisance as i cannot return cosmetic items as per their policy. But it saves me the trouble to go into a store, hence cannot complain.

Suggested to me by a salon hair expert, I started using this from 4 years now and I never changed my shampoo since then. This one is best for dandruff/Hairfall issues since such issues comes from Roots. This shampoo is for Sensitive scalp or Scalp strengthening ,it works best. I faced worst ever Hairfall as covid side-effect and using Sensocalm was saviour. It's very costly though,but v.helpful

It’s causing scalp acne. Looks like it didn’t suit me. And also causes the hair look greasy in a day.
