I was introduced to Bromelain due to a surgery. It was a repeat and I had not tried it the first time. What a difference! Almost no bruising and I healed so quickly. This is a very good, quality product at an amazing price! Very reliable delivery as well. I have tried other supplements from this brand because I was so impressed with this one. I have not been disappointed.

I bought this brand because my previous brand was no longer available. The previous brand was a light tan; these are white. I think they are working, but I can't tell them apart from my calcium capsules.
