Delivery driver went over and beyond. Carefully moving an empty recycling bin to my front door and placing the package inside. Storm raging, package safe and dry. He also didn't knock at 10:15pm very grateful. Product is great but loud music for 7:30am 😂 my son is thrilled with it and tried a number of things to grab. Sweets have worked but so did a toy. I forsee hours of fun challenging us to to grab things.

Put real 1ps in it, works perfectly even put starburst in for prizes! Keeps the kids entertained for hours! Bought for a 13 year old boy who wanted to have loads of arcade machines!

My daughter (5) got this for her birthday since seeing it on YouTube filled with surprise eggs and it didn’t disappoint. I was in two minds as it has so many bad reviews but I thought why not let’s just go for it. First the good- it has a rather strong claw and it easily picks up the surprise eggs, sweets, chocolates and most things we put in there. It also seems very sturdy and I love that when you win it gives a little cheer. It really is a cute little arcade classic and we love it. The bad- as per most reviews it’s annoying that you can’t turn off the music. It’s the same music over and over again which is annoying. Also a few times, mid play it just stops and we have to put another coin in to start it. But to be honest this doesn’t take away the fun. I would give this 8/10 and would highly recommend! I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is actually and have one very happy girl

Don't waste your time. The machine doesn't work. I imagine even if it did the claw wouldn't have any strength to pick anything up. Unfortunately it was a Christmas present that had to be returned to the 'north pole' as the machine would turn on but non of the buttons would work, and the claw wouldn't move or go up or down. Thankfully got a return for it.. but not for the £8 large batteries i needed to buy for the machine which have no gone to waste as they're the big giant ones that have little use.. for us anyway

Machine arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. Looked good and worked very well. My granddaughter was very excited about it.

The claw machine isn't all bad but unfortunately has no mechanism to stop the claw rotating. Often the claw isn't able to pick up things and takes a lot of effort to even get near whatever you are attempting to grab.

Brilliant fun! Well recommended. Used a mix of sweets and mini toys and it works well.
