I chose the white one to blend into the kitchen and not be a shiny focal point. It worked. Simple, clean and large enough for 2 loaves. Very satisfied. Since the bottom has a thin metal perimeter edge, I placed silicon pads on the 4 corners to prevent the possibility of scratching the surface of the countertop.

A little overpriced, but very, very nice to look at! Does the job……It fits two full sized loafs of bread without a problem!

We had fast delivery. The breadbox looks great on our countertop. The copper-toned door and black case are stylish. The door works well. There is plenty of room inside the breadbox. We were refrigerating bread until we heard that it is not recommended. Now we can have better quality bread and an attractive item on our counter top.

This is the first time in many years I’ve wanted a bread box. Bread products and bread itself is so darn expensive, I hate to toss it out because of mold or dried hard as a rock. As a single person, a loaf of bread lasts a long time. After reading the reviews about this bread box, I bought it. Sure glad I did. The low carb bread I buy is very costly. This box has kept it fresh and mold free for 2weeks and more. Great product.

Looks great, but is not of amazing quality. Firstly, being aluminum, it is very lightweight, which would be a great feature if I needed to move it around quite a bit. However, I need it to sit in one place on my counter top and hold bread (which is also mostly lightweight). The action on the lift door is pretty poor and due to the lightweight of the product, it causes it to shift about on the counter top. Opening the door is like opening a garage door that needs adjustment. Gets stuck on way up and you have to jiggle it a bit and lift from different positions to get it to open all the way. The rubber trim is actually more plastic like and doesn't keep the product from sliding around on the counter. It does protect the counter, so that's good. The good is that it is very large and can store much bread, yet I wonder if storing that much bread is a smart thing and I'll wind up throwing out lots of green half loaves. Lastly, the brushed aluminum is getting quite finger-printy more so than I would expect - I purposefully avoided a polished unit, but in retrospect, I think those finger prints would be less noticeable and easier to clean. I don't recommend this product.
