These pens are outstanding! The bold 1mm tip writes incredibly smooth, with ink that flows evenly and consistently every time. I went on a search for the perfect pen, and although this pen didn’t met all of the requirements, it came darn close, ratings based on 1-10, 10 being best. Feel/Grip-7, look-9, ink-10, smear test-9, smooth writing-15 (seriously, it’s that good). Bold writing-10, clicker-8, and finally, weight-7. Excellent value.

I buy these every time I get low on pens. They write smoothly, high quality, very black color and thickest gel ink pen tip.

These pens write beautifully and I love how bold and smooth the ink looks. The only downside is that the ink takes a little while to dry, so it can smudge if you’re not careful. Still great quality overall, and I keep using them despite the smudging.

Writes great with a rich Black color BUT I got the broad point and uses ink too quickly - Next time I'm buying the Medium point.

My go-to pen used to be the Papermate Gel 1.0 (not the Ink Joy line). For whatever reason they discontinued that model pen in 1.0 which upset me greatly because they wrote great and I got tons of compliments and interwst in them. It took me forever to try and fail with other 1.0 pens from many different brands. Sharpie, Bic, Papermate, etc. All crap. THIS pen though, THIS 1.0 Gel pen write exactly like the one I originally kmy had and I live them. I can tell they're great, because everyone of my customers stares at the pen when they get done writing with it. That's a good sign. There so much interest in the pen, that I actually printed off a small screens hot of the box to give to them so they can order their own. You will not regret these. The only downfall, is that I've had a couple of them explode on me. I do however work outside in the Florida heat, and keep the pens tucked in my shirt against my body heat. So this might just be my specific experience. The good thing though, is the ink seems to be water soluble, so the ink has always washed right out. Ive used probably 5 full boxes so far, and I've had maybe three explode. BUY them you won't regret it!
