Great support and customer service!
This Ipad was shipped quickly and surpassed my expectations. The IPad was in like new condition and works perfectly! My wife uses this IPad to perform music rehearsal apps. There is nothing negative to say! The refurbishment is solid and there is no evidence of any issues. The family company reached out personally to check on customer satisfaction and I am happy to say that we are 100% satisfied with the IPad and customer service.

Renewed tablet in excellent condition
Excellent condition for renewed product and it is, it looks new! It will need to be charged to 100%, it was only at 24% when I turned it on. I learned about whether I needed a sim card from the seller, I don't. But, I may in the future.

Worst company ever
Wish I could leave a 0 star. I bought this iPad for my son for Christmas. Lo and behold, when he opens it, the iPad barely works. It constantly restarts, won’t hold a charge, and when it does shut off I have to force restart it, and sometimes it wouldn’t turn on at all. Literally did everything Apple told me to do go fix it and nothing worked. Tried to return it through the company, but they refused to help me because I was past the return date (it was for CHRISTMAS so of course I didn’t open it before). All they said they could do was refund me a measly 5% refund…a whole $7 back of my like $160 purchase. Thats an insulting low amount. Never buy from this company.

Best IPad for kids
Very nice came in time easy set up valuable for what I spend on them . Very much worth . Speed is wonderful . I bought for my children .

nice ipad. So far no issues except one
The Ipad is in very good condition. I had to buy a sim card so I could use it with data, but that's not an issue. The only problem I have seen so far is a small, little white spot on the right side of the screen. As I said, as long as it doens't get any bigger, it's not an issue. Otherwise it seems to be a very nice ipad for what I need it to do.

Great Buy for anyone!!
Came in great condition, shipping was quick, I definitely got what I paid for! The screen was impeccable and the body was also free of any scratches/dents!

Weak battery
iPad works fine, the issue is that the battery life is very short. Other than that it works as advertised. No cracks, scratches or any other damages on the iPad or screen
