Help With Hair Growth and Good Value
These are awesome. It is hard to find a multivitamin with these ingredients. Taste is pretty good but i have noticed they make my teeth a little sore, like eating sour candy. Otherwise I will continue to buy! Great value. Also I have definitely noticed my hair growing back in!

I'm not convinced these work or don't work but I take them every day! The gummy is a good consistency. The only thing I would change is the flavor is a bit tart but I'm a huge fan that they aren't loaded with sugar!

Gave me acne so I stopped taking it
I want to like these. They taste good so they are easy to take, but my skin broke out from the biotin and I am still dealing with the acne from it (at over 40). Once it goes away, I will try again but start with one a day but I knocked off 2 starts for the hormonal acne.

Melted
They arrived all melted. It wasn't hot enough here yet to melt after delivery. They are completely unusable. Since they had re-solidified when I received them, I can't even get the chunk out of the bottle to take bites or to cut into pieces.
