I have absolutely no complaints.
Bought this 4 months ago and I really couldn't be happier with a mouse. I purchased it because I was suffering from tendonitis in my hand (I also bought a left-handed one for when the pain was especially acting up). Since buying it, my hand has only gotten better instead of relapsing. I'm now back to 100% ability in my hand a few months ahead of schedule. I will never, EVER go back to a normal mouse again. This is how mice are supposed to be designed. On top of being incredibly comfortable and natural to hold, it seems to be incredibly durable. My keyboard and mouse usually sits on a sliding shelf in my desk, and the mouse is too high to fit underneath - so it often dangles from the shelf when I accidentally push the shelf in too much when I get up and twirl my seat around. I thought for sure by now it'd either break from being dropped on the floor or having it's cord yanked unnaturally almost every day - this thing is really showing itself to be worth more than it's price just for durability alone. For other folks complaining about the size, it seems perfect for me. I'm a biological gal with big man hands though. One thing I absolutely HATE about new mice is the buttons on the side - I never accidentally pressed the buttons on the sides like I usually do for other mice. In terms of gaming, I pretty much always have to turn down mouse sensitivity to it's absolute lowest in the individual games' settings for it to work properly. Having too much sensitivity is definitely better than not enough, though! This is an incredibly high-quality product. Even if you're just buying it to try it out and it ends up not being your thing, it's worth it. Gift it to someone else if it doesn't fit your hand right - they'll be incredibly grateful. Trust me, reviews are nitpicking.

Love this mouse!
Bought the rechargeable version to replace my again battery Perixx vertical mouse and am super happy with it. It's a game changer for those with wrist pain. Long battery life (I never turn it off when I leave my desk. Responsive buttons and scroll wheel. Rubberized surface feels nice and gives me good grip as I work.

Squeeze wheel
It work well but the wheel squeeze when use. I only had it for a two weeks and it still squeezing. I have require mouse that didn’t squeezes.

worth the money even for a cheap price.
I have been using this mouse for over six months not one issue. I can charge on a wireless pad which is a plus. Charge last for a long time. Takes some use but having carpal tunnel surgery this was a blessing. My husband bought other brands and they stop working. I will be buying him one right now.

5 years on, I am still very impressed...great $12 vertical mouse
The Perixx company continues to impress me. Decided to give a try to these upright/vertical/handshake grip style mice. Got this one for $11.99 Prime. First off, this review is for the WIRED version (which is clearly stated in the title, but looking at the reviews, some people didn't notice). it illuminates! which came as a surprise. the bar on the thumb portion glows a very awesome blue, which is EXACTLY the same color as my Perixx wired keyboard (a hidden bonus). Had seen some pictures of this mouse (which is very similar if not identical to the Anker version here: Anker 2.4G Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Optical Mouse, 800 / 1200 /1600DPI, 5 Buttons - Black and the Sharkk version here: SHARKK Vertical Mouse Ergonomic High Precision Optical Mice Super Comfortable Wired Mouse ) online where someone used MS Paint to draw a blue line where the unit glows. i can confirm it glows all by itself. Have only used it for an hour, and already i am very pleased with it. Mousing feels a bit awkward after 30 years using a typical mouse, but my wrist already feels more comfortable, and i'll get used to the new configuration sooner or later. The "High Quality Rubber Coating Surface" is odd in a good way. it looks like a matte plastic finish, but has more grip than plain plastic should have (if that makes sense). I guess it's to give people peace of mind that they won't lose their grip on the mouse, but as it is so lightweight, it's a non-issue for me, personally. It is not a thick layer, in any case. It has no extra give (like a neoprene sleeve would have). The cord is plain plastic. the cord for my Perixx keyboard ( Perixx PX-2000, Programmable Backlit Gaming Keyboard - 6 Macro Keys with 3 User Profile - Blue Illuminated Backlit Keys - Gold-plated USB Connector - 6 Feet Braided Fiber Cable was braided, so i guess i was hoping this one would be too...but it did not specifically say it was. (and really, i wouldn't really expect a braided cord cover for the price i paid for this mouse.) I had never heard of Perixx before i bought my keyboard (August 2013, and still going strong), but i have had nothing but positive experiences with their products thus far. Would highly recommend this mouse specifically and Perixx products in general. Update: 5 years on, and the mouse is still going strong. The blue illluminated portion flickers now, when it is on--it isn't most of the time anymore--but the mouse is still perfectly functional. Very impressed.

Ergonomically good, but with performance issues.
I’ve been using the same mouse, under a different brand, for several years now. It seems it is made by a generic manufacturer and branded by a variety of distributors. It’s design simply saved my wrist. It’s interesting how this different angle makes such a huge difference. Anyway, my last mouse died of old age, and I bought this one. I just love this design. It is comfortable, truly ergonomic and my last one was long-lasting. Update: I’m starting to feel dissatisfied with this particular mouse, performance-wise. Sometimes there is a lag between my actions and the mouse response, which is becoming VERY annoying.

Funkar perfekt! Lite liten för min hand, men man vänjer sig. Jag har två stycken, en för vänster hand en för höger hand. Då kan jag växla hand när den ena blir trött. Funkar jättebra.

If you're experiencing wrist issues, don't hesitate to buy this. It will take exactly a day to get used to, and keep you wrist pain free forever. My only issue with unit is that you have to switch it on and off every time you restart the computer, but frankly a minor issue for someone who is no longer in agony.

Immediately fixed my wrist pains. Connection is a little problematic sometimes, lags for a second every now and then. Not good for gaming but great for work. Great price compared to other big brands.

Lobender 'Nachtrag' zwei Jahre später (Mitte März 2017): Teil funktioniert nach wie vor hervorragend und ich bin weiterhin sehr zufrieden damit! Kaufempfehlung, was die Haltbarkeit angeht.
