Brown sugar … brick!
This was the worst brown sugar I’ve ever purchased. It was rock solid and didn’t break up very easily. I scraped off enough to put in oatmeal, then tossed the rest of the brown sugar brick in the garbage. Don’t waste your money.

This is NOT soft brown sugar, it is harder than a brick bat. I will not be purchasing this again. Unsatisfied customer.

I was looking for good quality brown sugar and after a lot of google research and Amazon reviews i finally decided to buy this so bought 2 packets of 500 gms for 325 each and since then made so many cookies, flavour is very nice. I wish they had 5 kg options also as being a baker it becomes expensive to buy 6 packets of brown sugar every month. Hopefully they will start 5 kg packs too.

The sugar tastes great in cakes but wouldn’t use it for anything else. This is a health benefit for me as it’s lower in histamine than granulated. Bit pricey for the size of bag though.
