The broth itself is good and it mixes well with hot water. I like the fact it's not in powder form and it's stored in the fridge. But why oh why does it have so much salt in it? After a few days, I started to notice my blood pressure increased and I was baffled as to why. I fasted for 72 hours, took some of this bone broth to break my fast and immediately my heart began to beat faster.Most people buy bone broth to heal their stomach liming, but this particular bone broth is dangerous! I only took it once per day and got the complete opposite results I was hoping to for!
