I can use my hand again!
Over the past couple years I've learned NOT to use my left hand to pick up anything, as I may get a shooting pain and drop it. I heard about these bracelets and wondered if they would work. When I purchased this one I decided that even if it didn't work, it was pretty and inexpensive. I didn't notice relief immediately, it took a couple weeks, I've worn it 24/7 for the last month and my hand has greatly improved. I used to get shooting pains in my hand when I would pick things up, one of my fingers would ache and get stiff and my wrist would hurt. My wrist and finger never hurt anymore and the shooting pain has almost completely stopped. I'm learning that I can actually use my left hand again. I bought one for my Mother too!

It works, but some magnets fell out
I bought this hoping with little expectation that it would do anything, but I thought it was pretty enough. I love how it looks, and I'm shocked to say that I actually notice a difference in my wrist pain. I've been dealing with arthritic pain in my right wrist for almost a year (I'm 28). I wore this bracelet for a few days and din't notice much pain since I was also limiting my use of that wrist. Then I took it off one night because I wasn't convinced of it, and just sitting down on the couch I felt this gnawing pain! I put the bracelet back on after a few hours and the pain hasn't come back.One downside is that 3 of the 6 magnets fell out after only a few days.

Copper & Silver
Recently bought beautiful magnet copper cuff bracelet, silver herringbone necklace & bracelet...wore daily from 1 week to 3 days, started getting horrible daily headaches & neck aches, this was the only thing I could think I had done differently....I do have a thought since I have silver fillings, a few, maybe it's just too much metal on my body...returning all of them.
