Q: What’s the best way to pre season this ?

We coated it in vegetable oil and heated, and did this a few times. I believe that is how you season a caste iron pan.

hi, It fits weber q100 series, you could check your size whether fit this grii griddle.

I am sorry I can't help you yet. I haven't used my lovely Weber barbeque due to the terrible "Summer" weather. I actually used it twice but had no need to use the griddle. I wanted to have eggs and bacon out in the garden and use the griddle for that , but weather put paid to that. Maybe ask the producer of this item? I will probably have the same problem!!

It fits our Q1200 perfectly by just sitting on top of the grill. It is much better that the Weber option

Fits nice.

Fits perfect, great t cook on. It's got a textured finish like corrugated iron that gives me goosebumps when I touch it but that could just be me 😂

Perfect for the job.

The cast iron hotplate is exactly what I wanted. It was a lot cheaper than the Weber product and looks the same. It fits the Weber Q2000 perfectly.

Weber original grill plate had lots of bars and holes and wanted half the grill to be flat for steaks, tuna, onions etc. works a treat, cooks well and cleans well too… recommend 👍
