I love using Ceylon Gold tea for making my iced tea. It has a distinctive rich flavor and doesn't taste like the watered down, flavorless iced teas you get when you are out and about. I use them in my ancient Mr. Coffee Ice Tea maker--using 6 bags of the Ceylon Gold tea, 1 bag of Oolong tea, and 1-2 Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger Tea. I also add a couple tablespoons of Lemon Syrup to add a "touch" of sweetness. I have yet to have it as a hot tea, but I am sure it would be very nice.It makes a lovely "sippin-on-the-front-porch" tea!
