I have no idea if or how these vitamins affect me. I don't notice any big difference. I just take them as a backup in case I'm not getting all the proper vitamins from food. The downside is that these only have 75% of the RDA for each vitamin and don't include any minerals. The upside is that I actually look forward to taking these. I absolutely hate taking big multivitamin tablets. I've never found one that doesn't leave a gross taste in my mouth and after-burp. When I discovered gummies, at first I was taking some that tasted like actual gummy bears, which was nice, but I realized they had added sugar, so I switched to these. The taste is more natural, and I enjoy it.

The taste isn't bad, I've had much worse. The texture took me by surprise. I was a expecting traditional gummy "chew" but these supplements didn't have the "bounce back" that normal chews do. It was off putting at first but I think I can move past it. I love that these gummies have real fruit and vegetables as ingredients and all other ingredients are identifiable and sustainable.

I bought these to try a vitamin with less or no added sugar. I like this, they take some time getting used to the taste and smell. Once I took them for about a week, I was ok with the taste. They are plant based which is good, but they do not taste as fruity as my last type with added sugar. I am happy to decrease the added sugars for improved health!!

Best vitamins we’ve found for our nearly- adult picky- eater son. He was taking another popular gummy for years and they changed their formula. After just a couple months taking this, I realized his hair texture and thickness had changed dramatically! I was very surprised and we will keep these on reorder!
