These e-file nail bits are REALLY great quality and great value. These sanding disks work very well, and I like that you get a variety of them in the same package. Very convenient and good price.

I do my own nails. I was going to buy some smooth grit and some coarse grit sanders to try but this is a much better deal, plus I will have the other sanding grits to try. Plus I like the case.

I can use one sanding band twice in a row on myself. A full set and then a fill. I like the three options. The coarse ones do well at removal. Be careful not to use them on the natural nail. The medium grit is good for getting last bits of product off the natural nail without damaging it. The smoothest one is perfect for prep. These will last me a long time, doing my own nails and my daughters.

I’m relatively new to doing my own nails & still learning how/when to use different grits — so I really LOVE that these come organized with each grit labeled!

I've been doing my own nails at home since the start of the pandemic and I was using a ceramic bit in my efile to take the top layer off the soak off sculpting gel in a bottle (which works great if you need a strength layer!) and switched to hard sculpting gel that I need to file down first. I wanted the emery board style because I wanted to make sure I didn't file up my nail and these are perfect! They come with the bit that fits in my drill and the bands don't slide off. 3 different grits also means I can go from removal to finishing easily. Great product for the at home self-made nail tech (totally not a licensed esthetician, just doing this for myself 😁). And the price was awesome because we all know right now money is super tight!

These are excellent sanding bands, so much so that I also bought the 400 piece set with the 240 grit for buffing. I use these more than half the time over my carbide and ceramic bits for everything from backfills, to complete removal to polishing and finishing. The only reason I'm giving them 4 rather than 5 stars is that they are CRAZY HARD to remove from the mandrel!!! I have to use pliers to get each piece off! Sometimes this pulls the whole bit right out of my locked handpiece its so difficult. Its great that they're snug, but that's ridiculous, especially if you're trying to move quickly and change bands. I thought it was perhaps the mandrel I'm used to using but I switched to their mandrel and its the same. Other than that, they're great quality. TIP: when using sanding bands, while running your efile, file the top edge of the band on a 100 grit nail file. I keep one just for this purpose. It will ensure that you don't cut yourself or your client when using near the cuticle. Think of it as making your sanding band a "safety" bit.
